Functional consultant / Business process expert

Whereas functional consultant does analyze business requirements, mapping them to the SAP business process. They are having a Strong understanding of the business function process knowledge. The functional consultant interacts with the client and understands the client requirements. Core Business user

Core User is the employee of the company who has good experience & exposure in client business processes & responsible for the domain( such as Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing, & Finance ) They are responsible for the first-level assistance that end-users get in ongoing transactions, and then forward it to the SAP support team if they cannot solve the problem.


Super users will work for supporting the end-user for the business operation. He is designated to solve any type of problems, which end users are facing in the day-to-day operation.Super User includes process improvement and co-operating with other End users, the process owners, and the Business Process Office. 


The End-user Support Technician provides essential support to businesses, They help place Entry level work, like as create PR, Contracts, sales orders, PO, GR, payments, etc only entry-level.
